看来大家都很忙，绝望了快，答案是C，自己又研究了半天，结果吧ABDE都排除了，但是不知道为什么C是对的，因为C连语法都看不懂！

C is the answer.

C means X's profitability is because of public management instead of private ownership, despite they become profitable after they go to private ownership, but that does not necessary mean the effect attributes to the later cause, maybe to the former cause, which is public ownership.
