PREP2, 关于买notepad 和marker的一道 DS题

at a certain store, each notepad costs X dollars and each marker coasts Y dollars. if $10 dollars is enough to buy 5 notepads and 3 markers, is $10 enough to buy 4 notepads and 4 markers?

(1) each notepad cost less than $1

(2) $10 is enough to buy 11 notepads

最怕这种不等式题了，都不知道如何下手

那位好心人帮我提供解题思路吧
