64题是说，有the malarial-fewer parasite（一个造成疟疾发热的寄生虫，反正是个细菌或者虫子什么的） 寄生的红细胞120天后会自动从人体消失。（为什么消失就别管了，医学上的东西）因为这种寄生虫不能从一个红细胞travel到另外一个（也就是说红细胞死了，这条虫子也game over了），所以当一个发烧的人搬到一个没有malarial-fewer这种病的地方超120天后，如果还有任何发烧的迹象，那么这种发烧就不是由于这种虫子引起的。

另外，我觉得不要被OG上这些“No comparison is made,so no comparative conclusion maybe drawn.”的话所拘泥，因为有的题目看起来是有比较的，但事实上结论产生过程和比较并没有什么关系。
