710 (first time), Prep: 690-730-770-770. One question for CDers: I want to apply for top 5 part-time MBA programs in US (I am now working in US), is this score a little bit low?

I think I did pretty well for AWA, ok for Math, not very good for Verbal.

Here is JJ:

AWA:

AI: A country should make its educational system competitive- students should compete with their counterparts in other nations.

AA: Cafe and Hippane Supply outlet store: the Cafe moved to a new location and saw business volume decline compared to that of previous year. But the outlet store is succseful since it is opening another new store in a nearby city. So the previous location is a better one and Cafe is make a mistake by relocating.

Math:

Many questions are from JJ. JJ start to appear after about 7 questions, and the first couples of questions are not JJ. So make sure that you do well at the beginning so you enter "high-score JJ zone". Then life will be easier. I think I did ok for Math. I even took a break and go pee (too much coffee:-)). Here are my JJ.

NOT from JJ:

Verbal:

I did not do very well at the beginning, so I don't think I entered "high-score JJ zone". My first three questions are SC, all are very long sentences, then a CR.

Then my first RC: Songbird nest, see GWD JJ

My second RC: antitrust laws and diversification mergers (JJ)

My third RC: Mexican Pueblo (JJ)

My fourth RC: company philantrophy (JJ)

I think SC is pretty difficult. CR is also not easy, plus I am super tired at the end of the exam (that's always an excuse :-).

NOT from JJ:

1. one CR is from GWD: environmental regulation and economic development: I choose those having environmental regulation also develop their edcuational system.

2. In a study, the finding is drinking more milk reduces stroke. calciam also reduce stroke. but study from this sample didn't find this relationship (calcium and reduced stroke). So it must be other stuff that cause declined stroke in this sample. The question is how to weaken. I remebered I chose: calcium can only fucntion when combined with some stuff in milk (not sure)

From JJ:

有一道评价题，一般阅读digital-newsletter的人（对新闻的）参与程度还是比较积极的。但是，最近有人质疑那些订阅了digital-news的人，是不是真的打开了邮件，并且阅读了。由此，一些广告商不满了，因为他们在纸媒体上的广告，即使一些人不感兴趣，打开报纸看新闻的时候，也会顺便看到了。他们觉得在digital-newsletter中投放的广告，投资回报不够。问哪个选项能帮助评价广告商的观点。

So they conclude that the empirer has tried to disgust the declining economy and put silver in the surface. The question is how to weaken?

I can only remember two answers that are relevant:

e). copper is more easily corroded (disppear) from the surface than silver so they decide to put more silver in the suface

c). copper is cheaper (not sure)

3. plan to do...

Mostly sentence structure, such as: "Tom did a, b, c, and d." but the sentence is really long and you need to know the last one should start with "and".

Also, consistency:

I remember there is one SC:

a). Mary is also successful in...

b). Mary is also planning to...

c). Mary's plan for....is also successful...

I choose c.
