We are looking for a girl to fit in a three bedroom apartment. The apartment is currently shared by two females and one male. The girl who is studying at NYU is leaving, so another roommate is wanted to share the ample and comfortable apt with us. We are both working professionals and very quite and kind persons.

The apartment is located at 75Av&113^th street, forest hills, 5 minutes walk from the subway station(E&F express train), which takes you less than 30 minutes to 42^nd Street of Manhattan. It is close to everything, such as delis, grocery stores, supermarkets, schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and you name it. All of them are in walking distance. The prospective roommate will share one rest room and the big living room with the male roommate, although he seldom stays in the living room.

The rent is $760 without including the utility. Two month security will be required before you move in. The lease term is 4 month, which is from Feb 1^st, 2009 to May 31^st, 2008 and you can start over a new term of 1 year lease if you still want to stay in. The utility will be shared between roommates.

What we are looking for is a quiet and clean female with decent job or studying at a university.

You can bring your friends here as guests for a temporary period, but not for a long time, because we don’t want a fourth roommate. J
