Dear XXX,

This Thursday, January 15th, is the preferred deadline for application to the
University of Notre Dame MBA Program. In order to assist you in the final
preparation of your application and answer any last minute questions you may
have, we have set some time aside to allow you to personally talk to an
Admissions team member.

Wednesday, January 14th between 11:30am and 1:30pm EST, you may call our office and talk to Mary Goss, Director of Admissions and Brian Lohr,
Senior Diretor of Admissions. Our goal is to help make the process as stress
free as possible.

We look forward to talking with you on Wednesday. Go IRISH !!!

我感觉更象一个推广自己的邀请，但是楼主既然已经申请了，也不对呀？干脆，就直接电话问一下。

This is just to show the school is caring about the prospective students. I think you can treate it as a kind of promotion. Call them if you really have some problems. Otherwise, leave it alone.

发现信是学校通过Embark统一发的，估计所以开了网上申请帐户的都收到了。。。

郁闷, 我也申请了该学校, 为什么没收到这种信?我倒是收到了另一封NOTRE DAME 发来的信, 邀请我参加他们的活动. 我人在国内, 当然不可能去. 出于礼貌, 我是否应该回信告知一声呢? 楼主也是申请这个学校, 有没有收到类似的信?

for January 23 - 24, 2004.  We are excited about this event and hope to have
