i have become the ima membership for almost one year. this is the membership fee i have to pay for the second year. i do not plan to take any test yet, but only pay for the fee. thanks

Yes, you can pay it using your credit card.

You go to http://imanet.org/ and login in, then go to payments/manage your accounts (i cannot remember the exact description for it, but it is easy to identify), and enter your credit card number, card holder's name, expiry date, then click "sumbit". 

You will receive a confirmation letter from IMA shortly after you make the payment.
