个人理解是如果没有用garnet这个policy，（RenCo的）没有被探测出高胆固醇的员工就会left untreated，到时候再来治疗的话就贵了。

答案e就是说因为员工在renco时间呆得短，就算到时有left untreated的员工，等人家发现了病情人都不在RenCo了，当然不是公司负责了（这公司真YD）
