但是我不理解的是，如果是这样的话，那么后面给前面的critism是什么作用呢？整段argument感觉侧重点应该是在后面而不是前面啊。

我的感觉是题目所说的reasoning的flaw指的就是后半段的criticism.

原文中反驳这个conclusion,要prove的是"Therefore, the only way to improve a patient’s physical health is to adress that patient’s spirtual well-being. "是错的,但是他没有说理由,只是假设说如果真是这样的话,那么其他方法都是useless的.所以他还是没有证明.所以选A~

也就是说实质上后面的那句话是废话……
