CEIBS MBA Lecture Series: Infrastructure projects and the consequences for project management as well as marketing and sales

CEIBS MBA Office is glad to invite Mr. Weckerlein to share his experiences in managing complex projects including the Shanghai Maglev train project.  By comparing the Shanghai Maglev to Taiwan's High Speed Rail project, he will highlight key challenges of large-scale infrastructure project management as well as the consequences of management mishaps.  The talk will also offer perspective on the implications of a healthy transportation infrastructure for a country or region's business development.
