关于D选项我是这样想的，仅供参考哈。D说“在FL服务于旅客的本土企业要比服务于退休者的本土企业多得多”，我觉得这个选项和结论this decline is likely to have a noticeably negative economic effect on these businesses无关，因为本题只是说退休者而没有提到其他的旅客。

可是我记得XDF的老师上课的时候说，削弱提可以出现文中没有提到的内容啊。

我认为第一题中，作者的观点就是由于retirees的百分比下降导致那些以retirees为盈利的企业利润下降，从而导致经济的负面影响。而d选项说总retirees的人数增加很多，所以即使是Florida的pecentage减少，但并不代表那得retirees人数减少，所以直接weakene作者的观点。而c选项说的是其他产业，它也许能弥补business带来的损失，但不能decline business的负面影响。个人之见。
