这道题目答案选C。。。真的死活想不通啊。。A选项不是和Bible上的消除alternate cause一致吗

逻辑中有一种加强的方法是：

Conclusion: A causes B
Strengthen: If A does not happen, then B does not happen.

if orcas are unable to access sea otters, then the otters are not eaten 加强结论
