答案B,实在想不明白，到底题干和答案的相似在哪里？请赐教！！！

这里问的是reasoning 的相似性。

上文说明： make publicity 和 play in competition 不兼容。有后者就没有前者，B的推理也是这样的。attend to serious patient 和 attend to less serious patient imcompatible.
