对于(D)pharmacies是医院里的 还是外面的呢？ 我没有选D原因是觉得pharmacies如果不在医院里 那么就是out of scope了 题目中谈的是hospital  还有一个点就是关于C的个人理解 C提到many drug manufactures 那我的理解就是制造Novex的drug manufactures也是其中的一个 C就是说很多医院给病人novex, 不是因为novex effective而是因为其生产厂商的要价低廉使很多医院用这个药 请大家看看我的思路有什么不对的地方？

在国外，PHARMACIES都是在外面的～ 一般是在卖化妆品及日用品商店里面～

其实我觉得C真的很勉强. 因为C中说的是Many drug manufacturers, 那除了这个药商,其他药商也可以那么做,不成其为绝对原因的.

但是D的问题可能出在,虽然药剂师不需要医院处方可以开药从而将Novex归类于非处方药,从方便的角度讲会很多人来用,但是这一概念和医院内的前提是无关的.

考虑这一点,可能只能选C了,虽然我觉得C也怪怪的.
