该题3-4天前已讨论过。选C错的原因是OUT OF SCOPE。它架的桥是commercial crashes. 而原文是围绕pilot error。PROGRAM要解决的问题也是PILOT ERROR。TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM 指的是PILOT ERROR

该题最后一句是说approach to reducing the commercial crashes ,为什么是无关呢?


能用充分必要条件解释吗?这是因果型吗。昨天看了lawyer的一个帖子,晕了。

原文的推理是: pilot error 引起了  crash


而结论是pilots’ lack of actual flying time 影响了降低crash目标的实现, 因而要rethink the programme.



D架起了actual flying time  和crash之间的桥梁,所以正确.




但是C,架起了pilots’ lack of actual flying timecrash之间的桥梁,为什么就不对了呢???
