答案是a,但是觉得答案都不对

這題要注意的一點是，它是雨量的對比

先把題目梳理一下：
Heavy>2; 1<moderate<=2; 0<light<=1 ; no=0
1990年M和L的日子比1910年少，但是1990 total雨量>1910 total雨量
再看答案：
A，1990年heavy的日子比1910年少，看似不行，但是注意heavy是只有下限沒有上限的，所以，就算1990暴雨天數比1910少，但是如果1990年連著3天下了100 inch的暴雨，而1910年雖然暴雨天數有10天但都只有3 inch，1990年的TOTAL雨量還是可以比1910年多。
B和C問題一樣，和題目所給的條件不一致，故而排除
D，看似可解，但是其實與題目所給信息相悖——moderate是1-2，而1990 moderate天數比1910少，所以1990 moderate再怎麼多，也不能比1910 more than twice.
E，要成立除非1990有超過12個月。

所以，答案是A。
