这句话的结构？？？

我的理解是———

题干——The argument will be failed?

The argument that。。。from the ban 的 THAT 。。。是同位从句

OR the argument that manufacture gave that 的 THAT 才是同位语 ?

看成Manufacture gave the argument that ...

manufacture gave that 。。。from the ban ——— 宾语从句

have augued that—— 谁是它的主语？？？想是manufacture，但这样就有2个谓语动词！！！
