1 我认为A对，因为对bus routes的fares提高了，所以用bus的少了。这里我理解bus是指汽车，而不是自行车，因为只可能对汽车线路收费。

还是我理解错了？是不是文中出现的bus都是一个意思，都指自行车（ride bus）。

而且对于og对A的解释也不明白：choice A eliminates decreased fare as a possible expalation for the increased ridership, so it support rather than casts on the conclusion.

明明是rise怎么变成decreased fare 了？

C是不是想说commuters里包括ride bus 和drive car，他们都被限制了，所以理所当然drive car 的就少了。（但是好像无法解释ride bus增加的现象）

题目的结论是the mayor’s publicity campaign导致了人们从car转为bus。这里没有自行车啊，只有小轿车car和公共汽车bus。问你哪个选项能削弱这个结论。

A是说bus涨价了，这当然排除了票价是使人们转为bus的原因，所以是只有增强了结论，也就是OG说的。

C说是Road reconstruction使得路少了，所以人们都坐bus了。所以是他因削弱结论。
