Question about the trascript request[求助]

Many graduate school request the grade-point average and rank in class, which should be filled out in the transcript request by the registrar. However, the registrar in our school refuse to check the rank in class. I don't know whether he or she will fill in grade-point average.

My school is Shanghai Jiaotong Univ.

Can anybody tell me how to solve the problems?

Ignore the transcript request from, it is not neseccary.

if your school does not provide GPA, you can calculate by yourself.
