right answer is D), the medicine is for cold, normally we will treat it as un-related while reading this. How to tell such seemly un-related choice from real un-related choice?
why not  C) ?  iF ALL PEOPLE SUFFER FROM SINUS HEADACHE GO TO DOCTOR, then they will not buy over-the-counter.

C：无关。因为不能根据C再进行推论，文章没有提到任何DOCTOR的事情。

文章推导过程：
Premise:
A1-Of the [many] over-the-counter medications marketed for the relief of sinus headache. SineEase costs the least per dose
A2-And SineEase is as effective per dose as the most effective of those other medications
Conclusion:
B-So for relief from sinus headaches, SineEase is the best buy.

Hiden-premise: Many=All

攻击点：Many<>All, there is a.......
D 打破了这个Hiden-premise

而且你自己想想，即使是医生推荐买，也不一定就是最应该买的。
中国不是有医生怂恿病人去买贵的药吗？

我对C的理解是这样的, 请帮忙分析为何不对.
C说 consult a doctor before taking any over-the-counter medication; WEAKEN了for relief from sinus headaches, SineEase is the best buy.
我人为C可能错在把范围局限在People who suffer from frequent sinus, 如果去除FREQUENT, 可能就是正确的选项了. 另外: WEAKEN题中出现新概念应该也是允许的吧?

原题有两个条件：
1）the cheapest
2) as effective as others

C无关，未攻击上述任何一点
D攻击了第一点，削弱
