要考试了，请帮忙看几道cr的jj

虽然知道cr看jj不好，还是忍不住看了。。这两天不知道做什么好，想看下思路……谁只有好些题想法都和别人不一样，请nn指点一下

13.。一个药厂说patent数量的上升可以assess这间公司的竞争力，反对者说很多patent也不能创造什么价值，问什么支持药厂的结论，我选了盈利和不盈利的patent的比率在各个公司之间都是constant, 我觉得这个应该是对的（11.7 北京  springflower）

这题人家已经说是对的了，但我不明白比率恒定有什么关系。。难道是说恒定的话，就可以作为assess的标准？但是和反对者的反驳没什么关系阿。

15.有些医生做广告，增加了他们的病人数，所以其他不做广告的医生的病人数减少了。

问削弱：有的人没病因为广告也去看病了（11.7  北美   anry）

这道题是高频jj，我看到很多次……都是说这个答案，我不知道我哪里短路了。我觉得weaken的没什么关系。唯一想到的就是，是不是这个选项可以说没病的人因为广告也去看病，那么，也可能是去不做广告的医生那里看病，那么不做广告的医生的病人人数，也首次影响上升了？

29.讲19世纪某个画家，所画的人物比例都是distorted，科学家就怀疑这个画家是否有某种眼疾，看到的人都是distorted，所以画成那个样子，问削弱。答案较明显，我选的是如果这个画家有眼疾，则画中的人物对他看来也应该是distorted，（所以不可能有眼疾）。（11.11   ？  icerach ）

这道题不懂……

这道题，有个前提是nest 被economic development破坏，bird才数量下降。那么我想选项就应该和鸟的nest有关。我觉得C可以阿。因为又有很多地方可以nest了。

A，很干扰。。但感觉太模糊了，排除。

B，   大多选E，我觉得似乎也可以。但是，bird数量减少不是因为食物稀少，那么食物增加可以促进bird增加？

请nn指点下吧。我知道我思路常常想偏。。哎。。。25 号就考试liao

题目不全 试着解释一下 第一题不是专利的盈利率一定就能得出药厂的说法是对的， 而是这个条件加上文中的逻辑前提和条件能形成加强的逻辑关系。如果专利的盈利率一定，专利越多，那盈利的专利也越多，所以就赚钱嘛。

鸟的那个我也倾向选c  直接相关嘛。

i would support choice A.

nesting areas were destroyed because of economic development --- > number of birds reduced. the restore of the ecosystem -- > provides the birds with the same living environment which the house building development might not provide the similar eco environment which is necessary for the birds to survive.
