[求助]是否要waive看推荐信的权利

很多学校的推荐信都有以下一段文字描述，请问是否要waive这个权力，是否有什么影响？

Under the provision of the The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, effective January 1, 1975, you have the right, if you enroll at *** Business School, to review your educational records. The Act further provides that you may waive your right to see recommendations for admission. Please indicate whether you wish to waive this right by checking the appropriate box below. The Committee on Admissions places no value on your decision on this matter.

I waive my right of access to this recommendation form.
I do not waive my right of access to this recommendation form.

If you don't waive your right, BS would doubt the objectivity of your recommendation letter.

我觉得不waive也很正常啊。我可以知道我还有哪些不足，哪些需要发扬光大。反正是enroll之后的事情。
