[求助]是否要waive看推荐信的权利

顶一下，这个问题偶也想问，not wave是不正常的吗？有没有不良后果？

I would suggest you to choose to waive.  

If in the back of your mind you are thinking of not waiving for a particular recommender, think hard again.  Do you really have complete trust on this recommender?  If not, maybe you should better look for somebody else as your recommender.
