北美MBB offeree 有偿case 教学

大家好。长话短说:
1. 关于我:商学院MBA毕业,然后入职北美MBB中的一家做post-MBA consultant. 现在处于等待入职状态。

     2.3: 自己练习了超过50个商学院casebook cases 并对每一个case进行分类。找出了每一种case类型里的高质量case
     2.4: 根据你的准备时间,帮助你制定详细的准备方案
     2.5: 市场上动辄上万元的MBB 面试辅导,我觉得性价比过低。所以我会按小时收费,每小时700人民币,如果觉得我有帮助,我可以提供更多的后续指导

Appendix:

我总结的MBB case 类型:

·       Profitability
A client ishaving issues with their revenue, cost, or profit, and want us to figureout the reasons behind and actions to take.
·       Growthstrategy
A client islooking for ways to grow its revenue or profit
·       Marketentry
A client isconsidering to enter a new market and looking for our recommendation whether ornot to enter this market
·       Go-tomarket
A clientalready decided to enter a given market and is looking for us to design a“go-to market” strategy, focusing on how to enter.
·       Merge& Acquisition
A clientconsiders buying a company and needs us to determine whether or not to buy thistarget
·       PrivateEquity
A PE shopis looking for buying a company and needs to grow the business post-acquisition
·       Operations
Amanufacturing or other types of industrial businesses are having issues relatedto bottleneck and looking for ways to fix the bottleneck
·       Competitiveresponse
A newcompetitor entered the current market of the client, and client needs to designa competitive response strategy to ensure its continued profitability
