昨晚接到IC的录取
略开心~
不过可能不会去吧应该....
我是11月15日递交申请，12月2号的面试，然后1.6接到录取
这么看还是很顺利的~
写点面试经验吧
IC的面试比较短，每个是半分钟准备，然后一分钟说
当时的面试题，额 记不太请了
大体包括career是肯定的
之前的实习经历
然后问到了要怎样motivate小组的成员
以及why IC
没有很偏的题，小组合作领导力这样
哦对了，还问了兴趣爱好，平常干什么
面试的时候穿的正装，比较轻松，其实video面试嘛，又没人对着你，真心没什么好紧张的~
附上我整理的IC的面试题的list吧，攒人品启lse offer，隐藏一下防尘
