请问M7对working mom录取的态度

想问一下各位前辈，各大不同的学校的AO对一个有小孩的女性申请者的态度怎么样？我有听说过有AO很喜欢working mom的，也有听说AO会concern有了孩子的妈妈会对MBA community的贡献有限（因为第一年actively recruit之后，第二年就会相对闲散了）。不知道大家对此有没有了解？或者有哪些在读的MBA麻麻可以来解解惑？主要是犹豫要不要在essay里面突出一下自己有了newborn之后的life reflection。谢谢！

另，楼主的背景：
美本top25 商科背景的duoble major GPA3.9
GMAT 700 (努力考了五次，最高分700）实在不好意思说自己是中国学生

四大会计事务所5年，2年洛杉矶所3年纽约所。early promotion + top rated刚在今年八月底生了一个可爱的女娃娃
因为自己G低，想在essay或其他方面加强一下

应该还好吧，趴版上学习了不少帖子，没看到说AO有这样concern的。。。大胆申请吧

主要我GMAT考了好多次，也考不高，不知道AO会不会因为这样觉得我精力有限。。。。有些疑虑

楼主背景不错的 5年应该是manager了吧。拿top pay的 GPA3.9 的水平，GMAT肯定没多大问题，再考一次吧争取730-740.

今年已经用完5次了。。。都没考上去。现在是四年，到明年enrollment的时候是5年。我也不知道自己GMAT到底哪里的问题。。。是不是方法有问题

Hi fellow New Yorker here! Seems it's a crunch to meet R2 DDL, my suggestions are:
1) craft your CG before drafting essays (i.e. where your passion in LT CG stems from, logical connection btw ST & LT goal, linkage of past experience and ST goal)2) LoRs of some schools require multi-page questionnaires: you probably need to prep them (in bulllet pts) what are your key achievements, what's the most important constructive FB they've provided to you etc.
3) if your GMAT falls far below average of your top choice, you can give them heads up and let them know you can retake after submission of package.

thanks for your suggestions! I definitely agree with you. Actually I had the packages ready for a couple of my top choices. However, I have no additional chance to retake the GMAT since I've used up 5 times. I'll have to wait til June to take the test...

Working mom的申请人相对偏少吧，很难知道AO的态度如何。不管怎么样，尽力准备材料去申请吧，AO对此的态度也不是我们能左右的。我也是working mom, 一起加油~

哇塞你作为working mom GMAT770太厉害啦！！！大牛！一定没问题哒！你在国内么？可以沟通交流一下不？

Hey there,
Schools are generally quite open minded about this. Yet at the same time, I am not sure it is a subject for an essay, the reason being is that your essays should be focused mostly on your professional life with the goal of making you the best possible candidate, and I am not sure how an essay about a newborn would do that.
