C語意似乎不太對，意思會變成同一個人每26秒就會發生一次心肌梗塞?

第一题的语义是management decisions和 government policy and the industrial sector比，对a company's performance有一样的影响；
第二题我觉得用one person的都不对，a person可能用于泛指，但是one person是在强调数量

第一题是比较，但不应该是as..as吗？第二题曼哈顿的解释好像是问题出在once那里不简洁..?

第一题的话although表示两个分句之间有逻辑关系，通过句意我们知道是gov policy&ind sector和选项里的management decision之间的关系，结构平行要求我们用名词表示management decision，那么只可能是a,c，c的话代入我们只能知道md有很大影响，并不知道和前两个对象有什么联系，与although使用的句意不负，因而只能是a, 即使a作为选项也是有flaw,但是通过句意的筛选和别的选项更大的毛病我们只能选a
第二题问题在one person, 使语义出现了较大歧义，硬要说的话once确实和a/one person 用重复了，不过这道题可以通过should/will和语义的split来排除，不用太纠结once

想借楼问一下，第二题，虽然我也是通过should和will排除的，但我不确定，因为看的资料都没有涉及到。
GMAT里should是理解成必须吗？还有其他用法吗？
