for any program, if they do not offer internship, the chances of finding a job is slim.
For those who have never heard of Columbia's Program from SIPA, and comment that since you have never heard of it, it is natural that that guy could not find a job in Consulting or I-Banking, i do have some information to share. I have several friends who graudate from SIPA( School of International and Public Affairs) and they all work in Finance. In fact, they told me that a large proportion of SIPA's graduates went to Finance. In Columbia, SIPA graudates are called " MBAs with hearts" for the simple reason that the curriculum SIPA has is very similar to the courses offered by the MBA program but SIPA brings a much broader perspective in solving problems. -- by 会员 Resilient (2010/3/4 15:05:56)
