也就是og11的ps 129题，为什么一个数rounded to the nearst 10 is 290,it can range from 284-295? 为什么不是285-294？？

那題原文是求油耗的，她總開了290miles，rounded to the nearest 10 miles，and used 12 gallons of gas，rounded to the nearest gas。
求the actual number of miles per gallon that her car got on this trip between
(D) 285/12.5 & 295/11.5 lowest&highest miles per gallon

那也就是说，答案说的“between”是不包含284 和 295两个值的？~不然284四舍五入到十位不就是280了么？？

10 MILES不就刚好285-294嘛?

是不是还得这么理解，如果说是range from... , inclusive

那么值域就是包含两头的，如果没说，就是不包含的？
