Thank you! Yes, I'd try to increase your TOEFL score. In terms of programs, you should consider those programs you stated, but since you are in a competitive demographic, you need to spread your risk out and apply to a mix of top and lower ranked schools. It's simply too competitive

Your GMAT score will be very important as well. Good luck!
