A.flucated用的不好，文章说的是underestimate，fluctuated的话应该会既有under又有over
B. 完全无关的选项
C. 文章只说了underestimate没说多少，所以无关
D.正确，因为他自己估计每个去年的结果是正确的所以和他估计的五年的是有冲突的，所以他们有理由相信，五年估计是有问题的。
E. 没有提到economic planning，无关

我怎么觉得这道题有点儿。。。找不到conclusion？？感觉就是一系列fact sets 可是这明明是support题啊，有谁能告诉我conclusion是什么吗。。。

这是inference 题, 不是support 题, 在inference 题里, 是你要把 conclusion 找出来
