C选项不是曼哈顿提过的一个"feasibility"问题吗？就像是种番薯解决维生素B问题的那一题一样。
要让spring wheat be more profitablr than winter wheat, 首先要考虑spring wheat是否可以存活、或者存活得好呀,否则连活都活不下来（无法adapt），谈何profit呢？所以spring wheat要能够很好地【adapt】，C选项也和逻辑不是吗？

题干里已经提到“Winter wheat and spring wheat are usually about equally profitable. ”排除了spring wheat没法活的问题了。

他只说了理论上usually,不能排除在题干中特定地理环境无法成活的可能性啊。而且profitability与survival是不同的东西，我的想法有没有错？

这里的话要看回前一句：Davison River farmers are currently deciding between planting winter wheat this fall or spring wheat next spring. Winter wheat and spring wheat are usually about equally profitable.
这个假定就是在这个特定的地理环境中，都一样profitability了肯定survival不成问题了。
