Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the GMAT® Limited Summer Test.

Registration Instructions:

·       Registration for the GMAT® Limited Summer Test will open on June 29, 2005, and close on August 14, 2005.
·       Do not attempt to register for the test before June 29, 2005.
·       Registration for testing will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Selection to participate does not guarantee you an appointment to test during the GMAT® Limited Summer Test.




·       You may schedule a GMAT® testing appointment online or by phone.

To take the GMAT® exam during the Limited Summer Test program you must:

a)      be a first time test-taker;
b)      pay for the test using a Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB® credit card (you will be reimbursed for the registration fee after completing the entire process);




c)      if you are under 18 years at the time of taking the test, submit a parent/legal guardian notice of consent form, stating that you and your parent or legal guardian agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions contained in the GMAT® Limited Summer Test Information Bulletin.




d)      test between July 15 and August 15, 2005, at one of the test centers designated for the Limited Summer Test (except in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where testing will take place from August 1 to August 12, 2005); and




e)      complete an online survey by September 30, 2005, which will be e-mailed to you following the official scoring of your exam

Additionally, you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the GMAT® Limited Summer Test Information Bulletin, including, without limitation, those related to retesting policies, score cancellations, exclusive remedies for testing or scoring errors, privacy policies, the transmission of your personally identifiable information to the United States, the processing of such data in the United States, and the disclosure of your GMAT® scores and other personal data. This personal data will include the digital fingerprint, photograph, signature, and audio/video recording to be collected at the test center. This special Information Bulletin will be available on www.mba.com/limitedsummertestbulletin  when you register.

If you complete these steps, you will be issued a refund of US$250 after you have completed and returned your online survey.

If you have violated any of the policies, terms, and conditions set forth in the GMAT® Limited Summer Test Information Bulletin, you will not be eligible for a refund.
