I picked "C" but correct answer is "D". Appreciated if anyone can advise!

D：Unlike some competing brands of painkillers, Novex is available from pharmacies without a doctor's prescription. --说明医院开N药多是因为N药容易开（不需要医生的处方也可以买得到），而并不是因为N药效果好而多开，因此是它因解释前提“医院开N药多”，并削弱结论“N药有效”

However, the reason why I picked "C" was that the lowest price of Novex set by manufacturer will increase the hospital purchases so that many hospitals (i.e. 3/4 in the argument) like to use Novex rather than other medicines because of keeping much stocks, but not because of the reason that Novex is the most effective. This also undermines the adv!?!

同意coopers同学的意见，同时C也没有指出是不是N药。另外我想最关键的还是要找出直接的、to the point的答案。

你的意见：

先不说这这些医院是不是就是那些开N药的医院，也不说这些药是否就是N药；单从进药价格而言，N药进价低一定能导致医院多开药么？如果医院不想有这么多的库存N药，它们可以选择不买药啊！还有，可能竞争对手的药价也低，进货也多，为什么不多卖竞争对手的药呢？

其实你这种想法不能说没有现实性，只是从进价低到药效好中间绕了太多弯，而逻辑的答案大多数都是一步到位针对结论的。D说到N药的性质，直接与开药多和药效不好挂上勾，是最好的答案。

Yes, "many manfacturers" doesn't mean those who sells the their products to these 4 hospitals. Also, "their products" also doesn't mean Novex.Undertand now!
