答案是D，在一个电路里，电阻X、Y是平行的，r 连接这两个电阻，r 的倒数是x+y， 那么这题想表达什么意思， 我根据答案，知道是并联，可题目告诉我并联了吗，为什么又不可能是串联呢？

(A) 5        (B) 4          (C) 3         (D) 2            (E) 0           答案是D， 请问这题怎么做啊，我是设总数为 x 个球，那 7x*5x*3x*2x = 147000， 下面我就不知道该怎么做了，好象我列的方程也有问题。

4. Seed mixture X is 40 percent ryegrass and 60 percent bluegrass by weight; seed mixture Y is 25 percent ryegrass and 75 percent fescue. If a mixture of X and Y contains 30 percent ryegrass, what percent of the weight of this mixture is X ?

答案是B， 我列的方程是40% r + 60%b = X,    25% r + 75% b = Y,  X + Y = 30% r

我觉得肯定不对，那该怎么列呢？

可我怎么也求不出来， 既然正方形（设边为a ）和圆形（设半径为 r ）的周长相等，那么就是 4a = 2 派 r ，   其中有个（派）在里面，这可如何是好，其值取多少？ 请高人指点

1）rounded to the nearest 的意思就是四舍五入。直到了这个你就该会了吧！因为290是四舍五入得来的，所以其可能的值为285-295，19的范围是11.5-12.5。在计算时就是miles per gallon 的最小值最小里程285/最大油耗12.5，反之则是295/11.5miles per gallon 的最大值。

2）connected in parallel我想应该是这句话说明是并联的。

3）这题不用方程，用美国人的做法就行：147000=147*1000=3*7*7*1000因为1000不可能是7的倍数，所以里面只有两个7就是两个红豆。

4）这个方程不用这样列，因为只有xy混合物中R的百分比，那就以它列方程：因为X中含40%R,Y中含25%R,所以40%X+25%Y=30%(X+Y)所以2X=Y

5）你说得没错，有你的等式可知a/r=Pi/2，而S的面积是a^2，C的面积是Pi*r^2，其比值是(a/r)^2/Pi=Pi/4，你说该选那个？
