第二题把问题变形一下就是，仅仅我的理解，题目要求：选出支持环境保护者的预测的选项。
因为题干已知事实：1、化学泄露会让B海滩乌龟蛋无法孵化（也就是说肯定数量会下降滴）。2、但是回来下蛋的母乌龟居然变多了。
所以就应该想，问什么保护者会这么预测，他的预测会与2矛盾吗？
所以，找原因解释2并且不会与环境保护学家的预测矛盾就好了。B刚好解释了。
其他选择
A：与题干事实矛盾
C：说普通环境下乌龟存活率就低，并没有解释2
D：乌龟蛋的天敌少了，蛋多了，也没解释2
E：也没解释2

知道了，就是说，国内和国外电影的接受率（其实就是电影在电影节的通过率啦）在每一个组是一样的，也就是每一个组的评委打分给国内国外是一样的。
已知：接收率P国外=P国内（每组），但不同组的P不同
（E说了most foreign films）被送到低通过率的组。
如果低通过率组的接收率是P1，高通过的接收率是P2.
那么，下式表示，国外国内电影接收比率
（p1*外国电影数）*组数/外国电影总数<p2*国内电影数*组数/国内电影总数。
B选项和“率”无关，基数大小与百分比无关

因为母乌龟10岁才会回到，并不知道5年前的泄露污染会让自己的蛋孵化不出来。所以这些母乌龟依旧屁颠屁颠回来了，解释了为什么母乌龟在（冒着蛋孵化不出来的风险）却还数量增多的原因。
