如楼主所言,B的意思就是说最低工资下降失业率就不会上升了,削弱就是要说明工资下降失业率不一定不上升,也就是要削弱他们的关联

B的意思就是说即使最低工资不变的时候,失业率还是一直在上升,这就说明还有其他因素在影响失业率的上升和下降,所以工资和失业率之间并没有题中所说的那种关联.我觉得C没有谈到工资和失业率的关系啊.欢迎讨论

B, I think, is best to weaken above arguement, it seems imply employer may eager to waiting for much lower wage than the new lower one if government concede to do that.
