GMAT680, TOEFL617, in US, interested in nonprofit and accounting. what level can

I'm going to apply school now, however, I'm not sure what kind of schools I can apply. I'd like to have your opinions.

It is a shame that I failed in GMAT maths part, only get 48. verbal is 35, final score 680. I estimate essay score 4 or 4.5. TOEFL was taken one and half year ago, 617, TWE 4.5.

My major at college was advertising, and worked  6 years in local (TV station and advertising agency), 4 years in one of the leading media agency in the world--if you work in advertising field, you may know Mindshare, but it's certainly not as famous as Fortune 500. I was manager or director since the third year of my career. I don't know if my background would be considered strong or not much.

I worked for a nonprofit animal protection association in Shanghai for about half year before I came to the US last year as Assistant President and I did good job, was somewhat famous among pet lovers. I sincerely want to work for nonprofit organization especially those work for amimal protections as a professional. I know I can be good in this area, but don't know how to be persuasive in my application.

BTW, I'm in the US and will get green card soon, so I don't have to worry about visa. I just feel not confident about my scores, and background. Am I day-dreaming to be admitted by top schools in MBA nonprofit such as Yale? Also, how much chance do I have to apply schools such as Cornell and University of Rochester? In addition, I have little idea about how to write the essays.

I can only catch the 3rd round now, and I must go to school this fall, even just go to some state university. Thank you very much if you would like to discuss my situation.
