答案是C 但是我之前看到说assumption的题加not来看 若是削弱文章就是答案 那么A选项 加not后 就是除了这个pipeline还有别的development会有污染，那么即使有技术可以帮助解决pipeline的污染也防止鱼的数量减少啊（因为还有别的污染），这个难道不是削弱了么？ 还有B选项 加NOT后就是 There is some reason to believe that the leak-preventing technology would be ineffective when installed in the pipeline in Lake Konfa 即有可能这个technology会没有用。。。那也不是削弱了吗？
然后我就觉得有点晕了。。。这不是有好多答案都符合了嘛。。。。
