答案是A. 我个人的解题思路是原价28美元的candy hearts，先降价50％变为14美元，再降价25％变为10.5美元……答案中那个7美元，我真是不知道怎么得出来的……大概是我把题意理解错了吧～～求好心地NN帮我解答一下……

130.In a certain country,the retail price includes a value added tax of 12.5 percent of the sum of the wholesale cost and the markup of an item.If the value added tax on a certain jacket is 6 shillings, what is the wholesale cost of a jacket in shilling?

1.The markup represents 50 percent of the wholesale cost

2.The markup of  the jacket is 16 shillings.

答案选D，即两个条件都可以推出问题。可是本人百思不得其解，根本不知道如何下手……求好心地NN帮我解答一下……

1）25%是原始价格的，不是降价之后又降，如果是的话题目会明确说，如果没有明确说，那么比较对象应该统一，都是从原始价格下降。

2）T=added tax;M=markup;C=cost

T=12.5%*(C+M)

条件一，M=50%*C; 6=T=12.5%*(C+50%*C);

条件二，M=16, 6=(16+C)*12.5%;

C=32
