原句就是正確答案，可是我的問題是，為什麼much可以知道voters,我怎麼覺得voters是可數名詞阿。望各位大神指教！

這題的確很怪，但關鍵應該是對"that"引導的parallel結構的統一－其他choice裡沒有”...that"的結構

个人认为这里的much修饰的不是voters，而是voters agree的程度，也就是"不管投票者们有多同意...＂，而不是＂不管有多少投票者同意...＂，所以用much
