四舍五入后 cindy 开了290 所以说，cindy可能开了 285 - 294 mile
and used 12 gallons of gasoline
同理四舍五入后得到12 gallons, 11.5-12.4 gallons

取值范围就是 294/11.5 至 285/ 12.4 之间
应该是这样

round 就是四舍五入，
round to the nearest 10 miles. 就是四舍五入到十位数。
比如 292 就是290 295 就是300.
nearest gallon 就是个位数。
