GWD13－33, 请帮忙

Q33:

In the decimal representation of x, where 0 < x < 1, is the tenths digit of x nonzero?

(1)     16x is an integer.

       (2)     8x is an integer.

这题和Q23一摸一样，可答案一个是B, 一个是A, 我选的是D。看以前的讨论，好象大家倾向B, 为什么啊，能举出A的反例吗？谢谢。

选B。

A的反例，一个是0。125，另一个是0。0625

这题要从整数这个结果倒着推，我推理的方向反了，结果花了很多时间也没能排除A，唉，思路不对头啊
