正确答案是B。
我选的是C，反而我觉得C是直接推出来的，而B是的推断没那么直接。原文说这种moderate fever可是刺激抗病白细胞的活跃度和抑制致病细菌的生长。那么直接推断可得出，吃aspirin导致以上两种结果相反的结果，就是抑制包细胞活跃度或者帮助病菌生长，而C不就说的是 inhibits the growth of white blood cells吗？再说B，服用aspirin会延长疾病，这也对，但是没有C选项那么直接，我认为B某种程度上还是根据C推到出来的呢。

我再读一下C，发现C说的是the growth of white blood cells，原文说的是the activity，是因为这个差异吗，但是这个不能算是推导吗？B中prolong a patient’s illness，也是一种推导啊。

Neither the Aspirin stimutlates the activity of the white cell, Nor the Aspirin inhibits the growth...." Therefore, the answer of B---"Aspirin can prolong a patient’s illness by eliminating moderate fever helpful in fighting some diseases." is a refelection of the original sentence. Morever, the fever inhibits the growth of many strains of disease-causing bacteria Means the fever is helpful in fight some diseases.

C的推理跳的太远了，不用A是因为eliminate the moderate fever---the moderate fever stimulates...and also inhibits...能消灭病菌
不是因为A本身能inhibits...

适度的发烧能够刺激白细胞，阻止细菌生长。
而阿司匹林的作用是退烧，使用阿司匹林--》发烧没了--》不能刺激白细胞，阻止病菌生长了。
阿司匹林是间接的作用，并不是说阿司匹林本身能够刺激白细胞。刺激细胞的是发烧。
所以C是完全错的。
而B就是这么推理的。

外加啰嗦一句，白细胞与病毒抗争过程表现·就是生病fever，然而吃阿司匹林抑制感冒，就成了抑制白细胞，白细胞被抑制就好得慢了呗。
不敢误人子弟，请当做参考。
