这个选项是错误的，解释是
The passage never discusses whether ecoefficiency is or is not successful but only the possible consequences of it
甚是不解，这篇开始就说ecoefficiency 是要减小对环境的影响，后来Peter 和 Goran 说 simply adopting ecoefficiency innovations could actually worsen environmental stress in the future. 这不就是目标没有实现么，求大侠解答
