First choice is better. In an interview if you ever say "Your school is not my first choice" I'm not so sure they will like that too much!!! You want to really get excited about the school that you are interviewing with and make sure that they see that! (This shouldn't be too hard, as you probably really DO like it). If they do ask what other schools you applied to, you can either hide a few or tell the truth, whatever feels natural to you, but if you decide to tell the truth, be diplomatic. Meaning let's say you interview with NYU and you tell them you are applying to Wharton, they might ask "So Wharton is definitely your first choice right?" You can answer something like "Although it is higher ranked, I don't know. It depends now hat offer I get from NYU, and I would love to visit both schools before I make a decision" or something like that! Hope it helps!
