SUPPORTING IDEA（细节题）
Q30:The author of the passage mentions which of the following as an advantage of high-technology development?
Lines17:Although this approach was preferable to victimizing other geographical areas by taking their jobs,it also had its shortcomings

E:It does not advantage one local workforce at the expense of another.
我不知道这个划线部分是怎么和正确选项E对应的。。。。求各位帮我分析一下这个吧。。真的看不懂。。。
