2011.8.05 Imagine that a friend of yours needs help in a class, and you are one of the best students in that class. Do you think it is better that you help your friend or that he finds a tutor?

Every school students is struggling for a high grade now. A successful academic achievement can help them attend an expectant college or hut a superior occupation. Thus, increasingly more students intend to obtain a way of better grasping to knowledge. A friend of mine meets the same problem. But she doesn’t decide which to choose between finding a tutor and seeking help from classmates. I maintain that the former one ranks prior to the latter one.

First, help from a friend could take their pressure off and improve him faster. When facing a strange person, one can hardly avoid being nervous. If my friend was nervous all the time, she may not let herself fully concentrate on the study. However, communicating with a classmate, she will be quite relaxing. A good status is necessary for a person to study. So, in this way, my friend can have a better condition to study, and doesn’t mind having an unpleasant communication.

Another reason a friend may be better learning partner than a tutor is because friends are more familiar with on another. Classmates together with each other everyday have a good knowledge of their degree of study. Plus, studying in the same class and have a common teacher, a classmate definitely knows where the course is going on. So the classmate may teach my friend easily using the teacher’s method to solve the difficult question, and she could easier to accept and improve faster in her study.

To sum up, getting support from classmates can be better for my friends to rapidly improve her study. I suggest that she’d better finds one of her best friends, because friend is likely to have better knowledge of her and treat her seriously.

As time goes by, changes of human being have take place widely and heavily. It appears in every aspect in our daily life. Helping people is one of them. It shows a typical difference between the people’s life now and the past. As I think, the people now are less willing to help others.

Firstly, people today are more selfish than in the past. Single-child of China presents an increasingly large number now. This government’s police leads to many positively affect many aspects of people’s life, but more importantly, it result in that the children are overly protect by their parents. Living the life, the children may not think of sharing things. They won’t realize they have the fulfillment to help other strangers.

Secondly, life space is getting faster and faster without a breath. People now have important things to do every hour and even every minute, this results from the society give us countless assignments and heavy pressure. Thus, there is not that much vigor for the people working busily. They are only to mind what they will get from their work, because if they just unwittingly make a mistake, they won’t get the salary or even lose the occupation. In this way, there are hardly any attention of people nowadays will put on strangers.

Thirdly, people nowadays has little chance to communicate with one another, they do not form the recognition that they should give others a hand when someone in trouble. In the past years, people regularly visit their relatives in person during the important day like Spring Festival. But changes occur comes along with the advanced communicational instrument, at which time people become less and less connect to one another face to face. So, they naturally convert to that they are not accustomed giving a help to people.

To sum up, the recognition of assistance is not as wide as in the people’s mind in the past. To make the world more harmonious, everyone of us would put more notice upon the people around us.

应该听队员的1、组员的不满情绪不利于队的发展2、队员提供不同的建议，领导一个人不会想的很全面3、听取意见可以提高效率

Many leaders now in cooperation make decisions by themselves. However, the consequent may not as good as they expect. From my perspective, sharing decision-making and duties are the most appropriate way to get the job done.

Firstly, if a team leader forcibly pushes their employee into a common-thinking, they are less likely to follow with. Everyone in the group may have their own consideration. Naturally, one never intends to be denied when they find a more useful way to accomplish the team goal. So, if heavily suppress their idea, team members will generate negative temper which can be deadly influence their common assignment.

Secondly, no one in the word has perfect skills in every field. Even if the leadership is experienced and proficient in one field, it doesn’t mean that he can make decisions around whole things. Think from the other aspect, every individual in the group has their own virtue. If the leader wisely use these virtues and collect them appropriately, it will surely give an imaginable dealing method. So, consulting with others, the leader may have more choice to be selected.

Thirdly, pick advices from other members, the job must be done effectively. There is no doubt that everyone struggling to a same goal improves the task more efficient definitely. Plus, efficiency is the most vital thing in today’s society. For instance, if a rival company invents a new production earlier from our company, we may not get the market as we expected. And this is a vital mistake in the competing society nowadays. Without efficient, the company may not exist ever since. Thus, people’s different strengths work problems out quicker.

To sum up, sharing idea influences the task and even the whole cooperation positively. Only by thinking independently, one can hardly do the job appropriately and effectively. I propose that every company in the nation should put forward the advanced opinion.

2011.4.15. Having more facilities or hiring more teachers?

增加设备。1. 有利于学生提高综合素质2. 更多的设备可以让学生每人都用到，提高教学效率3. 更多的老师不意味者教的更好，更应该注重教师的质量而非质量

Education is of significant status in the rapidly develop society. Increasingly more middle schools and colleges are concerning about whether adding more facilities or hunting more teachers can improve the educational extent. From my perspective, having more facilities ranks prior to the other one. Several different dimensions will be demonstrated and explain to testify my position.

First of all, to increase more facilities, students not only enjoy the pleasure of study, but also can train their other skills. To add a projector in the classroom, I bet no one of the class will reluctant. Because that a projector could provide the student with rife pictures and evidence that can’t be present only by teacher oneself. A projector can show things figuratively and encourage students to memory fast. Bringing more facilities to school has another significant virtue. For example, physical instrument can train students’ body, and keep them healthy. Education involves cultivating intellectually as well as physically. These facilities can take the function of the both.

In addition, more facilities can boost the teaching efficiency. If only by teacher’s instructing, students are likely to accept very slow, and barely receive abundant information in just one lesson. This phenomenon can be solved just by adding a projector or internet by which students may chase for answers and look up information themselves. In this way, the instructed efficiency can by improved. Also, teaches will not fret about teaching schedule ever since.

Finally, more teachers don’t mean a great educational quality. Instead, we should put more attention on the teacher’s quality. A large number of teaches can’t promote the students’ study. Primarily because that the large distance between the teacher’s standard can lead to worse situation that a lot students favor one or two courses and neglect others. As a result, the level of students and scores of one student may be unbalanced. So, the teaching consequence may not improve at all.

To sum up, having more facilities is superior to the other one. We should take the comprehensive quality, teaching efficiency and average level into account. To make the instructing more significant, the school should consider more careful and comprehensive.

Everyone makes friends in a lifetime. And each individual has it ‘s taste in friends-making. Some intend to choose the friends that can have fun with. Others are in favor of the friends that will offer a help when you need them. Both of choice has its virtue and adverse. From my perspective, the friend will give me a hand when I’m needy is superior to the other one. Several different dimensions will be demonstrated and explained to testify my position.

First of all, the friend having fun with you can’t be reliable. Admittedly, it is obvious that that most people crave for joy and happiness for an entire lifetime, and no one what to live a boring life. We all desire an invitation of a party or a shopping when we are at the time of loss. This sort of friend exactly can give you a chance to release yourself. Notwithstanding the friends having fun with you can’t be a friend who knows and understand you. You wouldn’t love to talk with them. When you meet a massive puzzle, the first person pour into you mind will definitely not be them. It is unlikely for most people to give reliance on this kind of friends.

In addition, the friends willing to offer a help would like to come up with a good idea and assist me to break obstacles when I am in trouble. For instance, when I was fretting about studying abroad or not, one of my best friends encouraged me to be confident, and look up for a sea of information about the foreign school on the website. I was so grateful about what she did. Without her help, I may not entirely sure what I am going to choose. Accordingly, I heavily believe that a friend can offer helps can benefit one significantly.

Finally, to make friends with the latter kind of friend will set a life-long relationship. This friend gives his true heart to you, and invariably gives you strength and support. May be he doesn’t frequently invite you to parties as the first kind of friend, and may be he instruct you seriously by an unacceptable method. Yet, when you calm down and think about it a moment, you will surely find a right answer. This kind of friendship make you life rosy and will never fade away through you lifetime.

To sum up, the friend that will offer helps when you need is superior to the other kind. No matter how many friends are you own, you will always be careful of choosing friends.
