作文 park hill district地区牛排，披萨和剧场生意前几年很牛逼，一直在增长。所以建议一个投资公司在irongate District 也投资开这三样生意，并且制定策略鼓励消费者在消费两家后就能获得第三家的折扣云云，结论是一定会成功。比较好写：时间不可比，地点不可比，策略没证据。。
