但是我觉得A和E都对，这两个怎么区分谁是正确的，谁是错的

A的意思是美国在白天用headlight的司机和不用headlight的司机发生碰撞车祸的可能性是一样的。
意思和E相差甚远啊楼主

问题问的是从以上给出的内容能得出什么结论，因此就要考虑到得出的结论必须概括了题目内容。题目内容讲的是某种法律只有在离赤道很远的国家才有，而在美国很少。a选项根本就没提到有这种差异的产生原因。e选项很好解释了为什么在美国很少有，而在其他国家有，因为在美国比较不适用，不能很好的避免车祸的发生。

恩恩，谢谢楼上呀。这个地方我就是转不过弯来，看答案的时候我想的解释，全篇谈的是law，所以结论就要有law. 但是我还是觉得很牵强呀，说law 是关键词就是关键词。我不自信的。昨天到现在我又看了看，找到我原来没注意到的地方—generalization.

这个标绿的地方就是一个generalization. 后面给出的in fact...是一个条件，是对since daylight visiblity is worse in countries farther from the equator的翻写，所以我找 any such laws would obviously be more effective in preventing collisions in those countries 这个意思的翻写就好了。

我觉得这样想应该是对的。
